Refund Policy:
If your payment failed but amount is deducted from your account, please wait for 7 days to receive the payment to your account. If still not received, please share the transaction Id and date on contact@mypropertydoc.com or advumrikar23@gmail.com. We will confirm the receipt of the payment in our bank, verify the download status and arrange to refund the amount within 3 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
Once you generate the document and make payment, you can not cancel it. If you do not receive the document link, you can contact us on contact@mypropertydoc.com or advumrikar23@gmail.com mentioning the payment transaction Id and date. We will confirm the receipt of the payment in our bank, regenerate the downloadable link for you and revert back your email.
